What We Do

• Procurement to Spec: Selection, quotation, and purchasing per datasheets/P&IDs, including accessories.
• Installation & Wiring: Field mounting, process hook-ups, panel identification, cable pulling/termination, tagging, and labeling.
• Calibration (Bench & Field): Pressure/flow/level/temperature analyzers; records archive, certifications, and device configuration backups.
• Communication Testing: Point-to-point I/O checks; verification of ranges, scaling, and units; protocol tests (4–20 mA/HART, Modbus, PROFINET/Ethernet-IP, Profibus/FF where applicable).
• Commissioning & Handover: Loop checks, cause-and-effect/interlock validation, alarm setpoints, SAT support, redlines, and as-builts.
• Maintenance & Service: Periodic re-calibration, troubleshooting, replacements/retrofits, and spare-parts planning.
